Monthly Motivations: Goals VS Dreams
It seems with everything that we do in life, we always hear, set goals for yourself that are realistic and obtainable.
This is some very outstanding advice, or is it? Would it be better to set your poetic sights on dreams or goals? What is the difference?
That would all depend on how you look at it. Goals although readily attainable, may in fact hinder or stifle your capabilities. Once you reach those goals, do you stop there and say, "I've accomplished my goals."
I would hope not, because without doubt, your full potential has not been fulfilled.
If you base your efforts on your dreams, they may never be reached, but as long as you are still attempting to get there, you will far surpass any goals that you may have set.
So, go for your dreams, reach out for the most distant star,.....and WRITE ON!!
